Benchmarking.

Ready to train? Lets get some numbers.

Please make sure your thoroughly warm before doing the benchmarking tests. Ideally they should be done after a rest day and good form is important throughout all the exercises. Please do not perform the exercises if you are suffering from any injuries.

Level 1. (V2-V4)

1. 1RM Edge lift (20MM edge)

2. Straight arm hang (Straight but engaged) on Beastmaker 2000 large top middle slot (use assistance with band if needed).

3. Max pull ups on Beastmaker 1000 bottom corner edge.

4. Straight leg raises on bar to failure/form goes (number of reps achieved, max at 12)

Level 2. (V4-V6)

1. 1RM Edge lift (20MM edge).

2. 1 Arm hang (straight but engaged) on Beastmaker 2000 end slots to failure (number of secs).

3. 5RM weighted pull up on bar (Record KG used)

4. Straight leg raise on bar to failure/form goes (no. of reps achieved, max at 12).

Level 3. (V6-V8+)

1. 1RM Edge lift (20mm edge).

2. 1 Arm hang (straight but engaged) on Beastmaker 1000 bottom corner edge to failure (number of secs).

3. 5RM weighted pull up on bar (Record KG used)

4. Front lever (with one leg bent if needed) to failure (number of secs).
