1-1 Coaching session £90 per hr (min 1.5 hr booking).
1-2 Coaching session £135 per hr (min 1.5 hr booking)
A typical coaching session with Alexander will last for 2 hrs. We will cover both physical and mental strengths and weaknesses, short, medium and long term goal setting and explore our relationship between lifestyle and performance. Mindset and confidence will also play a big part in the session. These philosophies can be our 2 greatest allies when harnessed correctly and can be instant performance hacks. Learning how and when to utilise these are key, as is opening up your “try hard” mentality. Usually the thing that separates good athletes from exceptional ones, Alexander believes this mindset is available to all to incorporate into their climbing through positive reinforcement and visualisation.
The body responds to what we put into it. Climbers that want to improve, get stronger or find themselves stuck in a plateau need to change their habits and stimulus for the body to react and adapt. Through a wealth of knowledge and experience including climbing specific practices, training protocols and habits, alongside strength and conditioning exercises, Alexander will provide you with the tools to elevate your climbing and mindset.
